If you’re renovating your kitchen, bathroom, laundry or other space that requires cabinetry, pay attention to this tip!

Make sure you include a filler piece next to the wall if you have a door or window there so that the drawers clear the trim!

I’ve seen it happen SO often where homeowners put an off-the-shelf vanity (or even custom cabinets) right up against the wall and then they can’t open their drawers past the door trim.

Always choose your trim in the planning phase and consider the thickness before you finalize your vanity/cabinetry choices.
