A sneak peek at what’s coming soon to Scarborough.

We’re excited to share an early look at this custom luxury home, currently in the design phase.

One milestone we’re especially proud of: the proposed design received zoning approval exactly as submitted, with no Minor Variance application required. Thoughtful planning and careful zoning analysis from the outset helped streamline the approval process and keep the project moving forward.

Now it’s on to the next phase—bringing this vision to life.
