The idea for this page evolved from inspirations and synergies tapped into during Kwanzaa 2012/2013. The vision for this page is that it will act as a portal via which entrepreneurs/business owners etc in AFRICA & THE AFRICAN DIASPORA can meet each other, get familiar with the products and creations of others, identify shared interests and visions and from there, work to develop symbiotic trade a

Celebrated 26th Dec-1st Jan.. Kwanzaa was created to introduce and reinforce seven (7) basic values of African culture which contribute to building and reinforcing family, community and culture among African American people as well as Africans throughout the world African community. These values are called the Nguzo Saba which in Swahili means the Seven Principles. Developed by Dr. Karenga, the Nguzo Saba stand at the heart of the origin and meaning of Kwanzaa, for it is these values which are not only the building blocks for community but also serve to reinforce and enhance them.
