This is where kitchen renovations actually begin.

Today’s design consultation started with measuring the existing kitchen and dining room before exploring the option of opening them up into one larger space with an island and eat-in area.

Accurate measurements at the planning stage help prevent assumptions, layout issues, and costly rework later.

One of the most common and costly mistakes I see is purchasing furniture before a proper plan is in place.

Without understanding scale, layout and circulation, even amazing pieces can feel awkward and crowded.

Furniture planning should always come first. It ensures the room functions well, flows properly and supports how a family actually lives.
