I am often asked if we stage occupied properties. The answer is yes if the existing furniture works with our inventory and style to achieve the best end result.

This property had existing furniture we worked with. Some of the homeowners’ furniture had to go including oversized sectional that had a massive footprint in the room leaving little space to walk around. We reimagined the space, introduced our 3-seat sofa in white, low profile natural tone chairs, oak coffee table, modern artwork and accessories. Was it worth to make all these changes? Office moment from our recent project.

Today is my first day in the office after the Easter weekend. It’s so nice to have long weekends sometimes. It seems like two days is just not enough to feel rested and relaxed. Next three days will be busy with site visits and de-staging. Let’s get started, shall we?

Starting this year with our latest decorating project for our very dear client.
Recently downsized and moved to a penthouse in the Upper Beaches, my client wanted to decorate their new home using some existing furniture and adding new pieces for a fresh modern look.
The goal of any decorating project is to create a comfortable home that reflects the personality of the homeowners.
The focal point is a cool painting with a sentimental value to the client. Colourful knick knacks from travels around the world. Add sleek furniture, an oversized pendant and minimalistic approach. This entertainment area is ready for celebrating in s t y l e a new chapter in the client’s life.

Who loves drama with a happy ending?
