When I started this group, I wanted to create a safe, welcoming place where people living with adenomyosis could come together, share their stories, ask questions, feel understood, and know they are never alone.

Today, seeing our community grow to 800 members fills my heart with so much happiness and gratitude. Every single one of you matters. Every story shared, every kind word, every bit of encouragement, and every moment of support makes this group what it is today.

Living with adenomyosis can be an incredibly difficult and lonely journey. Many of us face pain, exhaustion, misunderstanding, and struggles that others cannot see. But here, we stand together. We listen to one another, lift each other up, and remind each other that our voices deserve to be heard. ❤️

To everyone who has joined, shared, commented, encouraged someone, or simply found comfort in reading another person's story — THANK YOU! You are part of what makes this community so special.
