Each Clivezebo® is custom built in excess of 350' of commercial grade Canadian steel, 1” square tubing, 1¼” square tubing and 1”round pipe. All square tubing and round pipe weighs in at 1lb per foot with the steel frame weighing in at over 350 lbs. rade insect netting is made from high strength neo-rubberized material, which keeps 70% of the UV rays out, but also lets 40% of the warm summer breeze in. The total weight of out most popular gazebo weighs in at just over 450 lbs. Each Clivezebo® is secured by a laser cut 16" top steel cap to secure the roof line stability, and laser cut steel anchor plates to secure the bottom frame. All pieces are bolted together with 1¾" zinc plated bolts with matching flange locking nuts, and the bottom frame can be secured to almost any uneven surface with the four, 12" x 1/2" anchor rods, or screwed to a concrete floor or wooden deck. Our standard sized Clivezebo® is a 14’x14’ octagon shaped steel frame being 6' in height at the entrance and 8 1/2" in height from the top centre, giving plenty of room to walk around. The roof cover is secured by commercial grade Velcro straps, each placed 2' apart on the the top frame and 2' apart on each of the 8 roof supports. The insect netting surrounds the entire steel frame and is secured by 2" wide commercial grade Velco strapping as well. In addition, the insect netting comes equipped with 1 1/2" wide commercial grade zipper at the front entrance way. Each Clivezebo® is covered by a 10 year Warranty against welds, twists, or bends, and the roof and insect netting is also guaranteed for 10 years against normal wear and tear. All we ask is that you store the top cover and insect netting indoors during the winter months, and the steel frame itself can be left outside year round (the frame with virtually last your lifetime). We offer 7 different roof top colors and 5 insect netting covers colors as well. Special order sizes such as a 12x12ft or 10x10ft octagon frames are offered as well to accomodate smaller backyard or deck., and optional Sunbrella® material is offered to match your existing outdoor furniture as well.
