This Valentine's give the gift of a pierogi workshop! My first Valentine's date with my husband was a cooking class and now we've been married 6 years and still enjoy cooking together!

SNEAK PEAK into KRAVINGS: Christmas (Raisin) Bread!

My grandma would always make several loaves of Christmas bread each year for Christmas and we would slather them with my Grandpa’s homemade peanut butter (just peanuts in the Vitamix!). I missed this tradition once I went gluten free, but I’m happy to report I have finally come up with a gluten free recipe that is Grandma approved! This bread is slightly sweet and generously speckled with raisins. It is so delicious toasted with peanut butter! Perfect on a cold winter morning with a cup of coffee.

SNEAK PEAK into KRAVINGS: Creamy Tomato Sauce

I love a creamy, tangy rose sauce and I definitely missed this going dairy free. Now this is what I make when the kraving hits for a creamy tomato pasta sauce. My favorite way to make this is with fresh garden tomatoes (though equally delicious with canned tomatoes as well) and I like to pressure can or freeze a big batch to enjoy all winter long. Enjoy it with your favorite shape of pasta - my favorite with this sauce is bowtie!
