My birthday month was absolutely lovely! It was full of lots of wholesome fun, adventures and moments I’ll treasure forever! 🥹✨

The month left me feeling extremely loved and cherished by my family and friends. My actual birthday fell on the craft night I host so I was able to celebrate with my friends of Windsor | Make & Mingle! 🎨✨Which was great!

At the end of the month my dad took me on a birthday roadtrip and it was so much fun. I even went on a colour hunt. The colour I was hunting for? Pink!!! Duh. Shocker! Have you ever done a colour hunt?

What have I been up to lately? Well, I’ve gotten back into fashion illustration, started a new personal collage journal, and made an arts and crafts community server on discord! It’s been so refreshing and fun being on a bit of a break. What have you been up to?

Disclaimer: if it comes up - no this image is not AI. Duh. 😠 I just took the background away.

I’ll be taking a bit of a break for a short time to recover from burn out and whatnot. In this time I’m going to cultivate creating for myself and hopefully refresh, rejuvenate and recover my artsy fartsy-ness. 👩🏻‍🎨✨

Honestly it’s been a rough go this year financially as a business. It feels like every market I do isn’t as profitable as I thought it would be. I know these things are hit and misses but it’s hard not being discouraged. I won’t give up though. I’m stronger than that. 👏🏻✨

Here’s a collage/junk journal piece I created in my new notebook! What do you think? I started on another one which will be posted soon…

I’m so in love with this keychain from KANAE Embroidery Designer - she really captured my Lola Bear’s personality and I’m so grateful to her for hosting the giveaway! 💖✨

In 2015, Lola came into my life and I was absolutely smitten. I made a hashtag of her kitten chronicles: and an Instagram account later on: Lola Bear. She was and is my baby! 🐱✨

Unfortunately, we parted ways when I had to move abruptly and couldn’t bring her along for a few reasons. It was the hardest decision I’ve ever made and I still cry about it - I was devastated. She got adopted though, and I hope and pray she’s doing well and is thriving!
