We finally ordered our appliances. šŸ™Œ

It feels good to check one more major decision off the list and be one step closer to moving into our downsized dream home.

Now Iā€™m curiousā€¦

Current design obsession: statement stone. šŸ¤āœØ

You know the lookā€¦ when the countertop carries right up the backsplash in one dramatic slab and suddenly the whole room feels like a luxury hotel.

Do I think Iā€™d use it throughout my entire kitchen?

Probably not.

Do I keep saving photos of it anyway?

Absolutely. šŸ˜‚

But in a butlerā€™s pantry, coffee bar, or another smaller space? I think it could be the perfect way to add a little bit of drama without overwhelming the entire house.

Itā€™s bold.
Itā€™s beautiful.
Itā€™s definitely not the budget-friendly option. šŸ¤‘

And Iā€™m not going to lieā€¦ Iā€™m seriously considering finding a way to incorporate it into our build.
