Made from an upcycled Naruto scarf (puppet skin) and 80s vintage Cabbage Patch Kid PJ'S, and upcycled yoga mat.

Latest puppet build complete!! I'm naming him Uncle Rick after my uncle but he doesn't look too much like him. The moustache just brings me back to 80s Uncle Rick vibes.

Puppet body complete!! Will work on the hair and gave tomorrow!

In the process of making another puppet. This one, I'm challenging myself to use as much upcycled materials as possible. The puppet fleece is from my son's Naruto scarf from when he was young. I'm also using a pair of over 40 year old Cabbage Patch Kid PJ'S that I believe I bought at a Flea Market in Winnipeg around 1984-86. The PJ'S will be sewn in as part of the puppet body. I'm just letting this guy evolve as I build him. Will sew together the body tomorrow and get started on the hair and facial features. His end result will be a surprise to you and me!
