We completed this 4 story City of Winnipeg office complex Fall 2024. We used a square cassette with a 1% screen weave. We find using 1% in an office setting offers the best compromise between transparency and computer screen glare.

We switched out 2" faux wood blinds and used screen weave roller shades for a commercial office. Transformative!!

Client had enough of his over priced 5 year old Hunter Douglas blinds and asked us to replace them. We used a Maxxmar sheer horizonal with an opera black out. Both the front and back shade was motorized. He was so happy it sounds like we will replacing the whole house.

Completed this building in Winnipeg using 1% screen weave roller blinds in all the suites with exception to the main floor. For extra privacy due to building location we used double roller to add a room darkening blind. This is 1 of 5 commercial projects we are working on.
