A Cake Story is a full-service experience.

It’s why certain elements are never handed off. They remain part of the ACS service, from start to finish.

For Wedding Planners and Coordinators, this simply means one thing: a sense of ease.
The wedding cake is handled in its entirety, with care, precision, and continuity, allowing you to focus on everything else.

The difference? A Cake Story Wedding Cakes are never an afterthought wheeled out on a cart.. they are part of the atmosphere right from the beginning.

The site visit:
We are walking the venue in advance.
Aligning with the wedding planner to understand the space.
Aligning with the photographer for optimal lighting and with the stylists for the overall design direction.

The placement:
We are dedicating a location that gives the cake presence. I’m also checking for ideal temperature and conditions.
I’m pushing for prime real estate!

The moment:
We are building it into the timeline.
Advocating for dedicated detailed shots before the evening shifts, before the room fills.

Winter weddings are my favorite.
And winter in Switzerland is unmatched.

Gstaad. Verbier. St. Moritz. Zermatt.
When the mountain regions receive their first snow, the atmosphere shifts into something quietly extraordinary. The light, the stillness, the sense of place. There is nowhere else in the world quite like it. Its uniqueness is exactly what makes it so special.

Destination weddings here are in a league of their own.
Superior in every way.
I just love it.

The thought of wedding without a Wedding Planner is completely incomprehensible to me.

Why? Because I see weddings as a Symphony Orchestra.
The planner is the conductor.
Without a conductor, even the best musicians create noise instead of harmony.

Each vendor is specialized in their own their instrument. Cake, florals, photography, music, production… every specialty matters. But none of it works when we operate in silos.
I’ve seen weddings fall into chaos because of vendors staying in their corner.
I’ve seen the whole energy shift when a planner elevated themselves instead of guiding the team.
And I’ve seen what happens when my own role was treated as insignificant.
The wedding didn’t collapse, but the story lost cohesion. You could feel it in the air, the couple felt it, and it became visible in the photos.

The difference between a good wedding and a bad one is rarely about whether it is Pinterest worthy. It is about order. Collaboration. Fine tuning. Harmony.

When we all tune to the same intention, the couple experiences their day as a seamless narrative. When we don’t, the fractures are noticeable.

My message to vendors:
You are part of an orchestra.
Your absence may not break the wedding, but your lack of harmony will be felt.
Do not work in silos.
Tune your instrument with the rest of us.

My message to couples:
Do not expect a beautiful symphony if you do not want to hire a conductor.

Precision matters.
Collaboration matters.
Harmony matters.
