Chao “Greek fat guys in Zunga“ 🩲👙⛱️

So happy that this work from the great finally find a home after presenting it in different exhibitions. Some people said this work was hard for Munich folks taste. Despite of the critics we take the risk and we were award it for it.

We are particularly happy that our art selection had so good critics in an art world where many use to follow a commercial over an artistic approach to achive their sales.

Thanks so much, particularly to STROKE art fair for giving us the opportunity to present our Artist in this beautiful context.

His easy construction system and the accessibility of the materials give the possibility of massively developing the chair in a few hours (30min. for onstruction / 5min. for reconstruction),). It can also be easily dismantle after the end of the summer, avoiding the overproduction of new objects and materials for seaso and the conflict of their re-ubication or storage.

_Materials:
1 unused plastic box.
2 pieces of wood 350/48/24mm. for the front legs
2 pieces of wood 650/48/24mm. for the hind legs.
1 piece of wood of 348/150/20mm. for backup.

Under the logic of "build instead of buy", the BER chair can be own built, using as base rented plastic crate from supermarket and small wood rest of carpentry.

4 wood legs and a back chair screwed direct to the plastic crate let one chair be done in less than 20min.

BER Chair_upcycled chair made of reused plastic crates and wood, designed as a temporal DIY and less waste solution for the development of summer activities 🍹☀️

The chair was born inspired by the collective intelligence of the Berlin community, characterized by its extensive reuse of pre-existing materials and objects for the development of all kinds of furniture and objects during the summer season, such as tables, benches, planters, children's games, etc.

This project is under Creative Common license Attributio-NonCommercial 4.0 International that allow the partial and total reproduction of the project if is not for commercial uses. For commercial uses please send me a private message to my email in the BIO
