my ceramics living at Sanvian Teeraum .teeraum 𓂃

it means a lot to me that my creations find their home in such a soulful place where people can meet them through touch, texture, feeling arising inside.

i’m often at the teahouse myself, co-creating the space together with Tim, which makes it feel even closer to my heart… everything naturally weaving together.

take your shoes off, settle onto the pillows with a cup of tea and enjoy a moment of rest and nourishment.

no gaiwan is truly the same ~ most of the time, i myself don’t know what will emerge when i take clay and sit at the wheel.

each piece takes its own shape, movement, texture, spirit… just in that moment. i’ve fallen in love with letting them become themselves. 🌀

golden stardust cacao vessel 𓂃

one of my recent creations and honestly one of my personal highlights.

i’ve been deeply into cacao but i didn’t have a vessel that fully resonated with the way i love to drink and meet it.

so i went on a little journey to create one.

and here it is…

when i first drank cacao from it, i was surprised by the depth of the experience. it holds the sacred spirit of cacao with reverence, while bringing grounding and something ancient into the ritual.

it carries both the earth and the mystery of the universe… its golden speckles shimmer like stardust on a rich forest soil.

it’s quite a demanding process to create this visual and feeling – each piece is fired twice at high heat with different layers of ash and glaze, so it also carries a strong fire element.

i made a small batch, all slightly different and unique.
may it deepen your cacao rituals, too 𖦹

༄ bringing ourselves wholeheartedly to nature. nourishment that flows both ways: to the living earth and to us. through a song, a touch, deep inhales and steps in presence. with respect, curiosity and gratitude.

she feels, she receives.

and wherever i go, my ceramic vessels are with me, grounding the moment even deeper.

i enter a forest and i greet it. quietly in my heart or aloud, with a touch to the nearest tree or slow walking down a path. i listen and observe 𖠶 how will the forest respond? how will it greet me?
with a falling leaf, the fly of a bird, a sound, a kiss of the
