around the basalt rock of the beilstein in the spessart, the legend of a blue “wonder flower” has grown. this very legend is what LINA‘S draws upon. named after grandma lina, whose recipes have been passed down through generations and continually refined, the restaurant at the golf course in jossgrund celebrates the culinary treasures of the region: authentic, honest german cuisine shaped by tradition and craftsmanship, with regional and healthy produce and ingredients.
the design with regional materials reflects this attitude: broomsticks as wall panels are a nod to the strauss family craft of broom making, while natural materials like oak wood, shell limestone, and basalt – all from the region – define the interior.
the flower logo, used as a recurring motif, alludes to the legend and makes the story tangible.
at the heart is the open kitchen, which conveys transparency and showcases culinary craftsmanship. large windows and a winter garden allow plenty of natural light and create an open, airy atmosphere.
a walk-in wine cabinet integrates harmoniously into the overall concept as a functional highlight. the design aims for clarity, quality, and authenticity – understated elegance that keeps the focus on what really matters: culinary enjoyment in a contemporary, natural setting for lovers of fine cuisine.

CAMPUS LINDENALLEE, bad orb

a school that is more than a place of learning – it’s a place to grow.
40 students, max. 4 classes, bilingual curriculum.
around 3,000 sqm designed as a living, breathing space that connects nature, education, and community.
wood facade in burned wood finish, warm natural materials, bright colour palette in white, blue, and grey.
set in a green park under old trees, with outdoor areas for sports, play, and rest: climbing zone, basketball, paddle tennis, raised garden beds and seating areas.
not just an interim school – but an identity-creating space that integrates into the landscape and inspires connection.

NEW PROJECT!!

TAPATA – SALT OF THE SOUTH in bad orb reinterprets mediterranean cuisine in a modern way. authentic elements meet minimalist design, blending southern lightness with contemporary comfort. warm materials, refined lighting, and an exposed brick wall create local character, while gold panels and iridescent surfaces evoke spain’s beaches. moorish tiles add andalusian flair, and leather seating reflects artisanal quality. highlights include a high table for wine tastings, an open kitchen, and a spacious terrace for relaxed outdoor dining.
