Chowa and Taisho are built on the same foundation of proportion, structure, and material. On the wall, Chowa creates a sense of rhythm through its divisions, shifting with the light and revealing depth throughout the day. Below, Taisho continues this language into the room, grounded and precise, reduced to what is essential.

Together, they form continuity. Not separate pieces, but one idea, expressed across different forms.

Alchemy in Motion - Edition 01

At ZinCuTec, everything begins with material.

Stainless steel, brass, and copper are not neutral. They carry weight, resistance, and character, and each responds differently to heat, pressure, and time. Understanding this is not optional. It is the foundation of the work.

What you see in the final piece is only a small part of the process. Most of it happens here - in the making. In the welding, in the adjustments, in the constant decisions that shape the material step by step.

Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. Each movement is deliberate, guided by experience and a respect for how the material behaves.

Over time, form begins to emerge. Not imposed, but developed. Balanced, structured, and built to last beyond the moment it was created.

We do not work against material. We work with it.
