Born and raised in Alexandria, Egypt, I was immersed in the rich Mediterranean cuisine. I used to ace cooking competitions at school, sharpening my cooking skills as I grew up. When I moved to the US, I added the beauty of the US cuisine to my skillset, combining both cultures in my homemade food.
