Not every project starts from a blank canvas.

This project began with two existing buildings…
fragmented, disconnected, and without identity.

The challenge was not to design a building,
but to transform what already exists
into a unified architectural statement.

Through a new architectural envelope,
the project was redefined—
creating a strong commercial presence
and a clear identity along the street.
