Job Title: Technical Manager with Wood Joinery Background

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and other project participants
2.Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
3.Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother ex*****on
4.Assist in reviewing project drawings and specifications to gain a full understanding of project
scope, client goals and expectations, and resource requirements for each phase of the project.
5.Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
6.Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end
7.Manage client interaction and promote positive relationships
8.Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with financial, operational, and/or scheduling
requirements

10.Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration
11.Estimate project budgets, coordinate with finance department for funds and plan for purchasing of equipment and hardware in a cost-effective way Arrange handover report and final handover report to concern person.

management.
