01 Consultation. a conversation about your space, online or on site, credited against your project.
02 Design Review. Have drawings from another designer? We review them before we touch anything.
03 Interior Design. Essentials or Complete. 2D, 3D and full detail drawings.
04 Custom Furniture. Starts with a site visit. You receive drawings and specifications naming brand, thickness and origin.
05 Turnkey Ex*****on. Design first, then a BOQ with every single item in it.

I understood the problem from the inside.
18 years in construction, interior design, aluminium and woodwork. When you’ve stood on that side, you learn where projects actually break. It’s rarely the design, it’s the gaps between people who don’t answer to each other.

So I built Xallam. One brand for design, ex*****on and furniture. One contract, one schedule, one person accountable including a year after handover, when most people have stopped answering the phone.

Every project is supervised personally. That’s why we take few at a time, and it’s why they finish.
