Tara Capalad is a Makati City based Interior Designer, who has spent her career on designing and creating beautiful spaces for many of the elite in Makati City, Philippines, and the surrounding vicinity. She takes pride in building a strong, affluent client base with many that stemmed through referrals. Launched in 2007, Capalad Design Studios primarily began specializing on high-end residential b

uildings. Her designs are stemmed by neutral bases of fine materials, in the manner of marble, tapestries, and unique finishes that expose her style, as sophisticated and contemporary. Always attentive to fashion trends, Tara Capalad capitalizes on recognizing works of art, with shades that envelope and emphasize its natural beauty. In 2010, Capalad Design Studio transitioned to serving its first commercial clients, who were in search for warm, personal and inviting décor to further grow their businesses. To complement each design piece, Tara Capalad blends modern and classic styles, by using modern works of art, antique, or exclusive furniture. For space composition, Tara Capalad subtly uses white, gray, and black with the purpose of enhancing the architectural design in a contemporary way. Her work is finished off with bold and often colourful objects to signify its beauty, and kindred materials to warm the environment. Capalad Design Studio continues to further expand with her team, by consistently demonstrating superior quality of modern design throughout Manila, and beyond.
