About our new journey...
First of all, I would like to thank you all for your kindness and support for the previous post, as well as for the trust & love shown by everyone.
The previous post was a brief description of our project and the foundation on which it is based. Here is some information about the services we offer. As we mentioned, these services range from common property management services to innovative ones that we want to be our hallmark. All of this, obviously, is aimed at always offering our clients quality service and peace of mind.
Having outlined the purpose of this post, we will simply list the services we offer and address them in detail in the next post on our journey along the path.
1 - Key management and care for rental services, Airbnb, or services requested by the owner.
2 - Cleaning service after any occasion, including arrival and departure of tenants, Airbnb, or owners arriving or leaving the home.
3 - Gardening service for outdoor areas of the home if required and if the client so desires.
4 - Maintenance service for any damage, breakdown, or setback that may occur.
5 - Maintenance service for both outdoor and indoor swimming pools, including water treatment and purification systems.
6 - Physical and online representation at any neighborhood meetings, urban development council meetings, or property management meetings.
7 - Written, telephone, and in-person translations when necessary, from English to Spanish to French.

Describiendo el camino...
Antes de nada agradecer el recibimiento del anterior post asi como las muestras de confianza y carino por parte de todos.
El post anterior era una breve descripcion de nuestro proyecto y de las base en la que se sustenta , hoy pasaremos a dar informacion acerca de los servicios que ofrecemos , los cuales como dijimos van desde los comunes en el ambito del manejo de propiedades asi como algunos innovadores los cuales quereremos que sean nuestro sello de distincion , todo ello con el fin obviamente de siempre ofrecer un servicio de calidad y tranquilidad a nuestros clientes.
Una vez dada las premisas de este post pasaremos a simplemente enumerar los servicios que ofrecemos para en el siguiente post abordarlos detalladamente con el fin de hacer mas a meno vuestro recorrido en el camino.
1 - Manejo y cuidado de llaves tanto para servicios de alquiler , AirBnB , o servicios que el propietario desee.
2 - Servicio de limpieza tras cualquier ocasion que asi lo requiera , inquilinos de llegada y de salida , AirBnB , propietarios llegando o saliendo del domicilio.
3 - Servicio de Jardineria para zonas exteriores del domicilio que lo requieran y si asi el cliente lo desea
4 - Servicio de mantenimiento ante cualquier desperfecto , averia o contratiempo que haya sucedido.
5 - Servicio de mantenimiento de piscinas tanto exteriores como interiores , desde tratamientos de aguas como depuradoras.
6 - Representacion fisica , telematica ante cualquier reunion de vecinos , consejo de urbanizacion o administracion de fincas
7- Traducciones escritas , telefonicas , presenciales cuando fuera necesario , de ingles - espanol - frances
8 -Alquileres vacacionales con todos los servicios
