⚠️ WARNING: Vestiaire Collective — fake delivery confirmation & refund refusal
This is a public warning for anyone shopping on Vestiaire Collective.

My experience is a textbook example of how a company hides behind scripted replies, fake documents — and leaves the customer with nothing.

🔍 What happened:

I placed an order in June. Paid in full. Then:

✅ Before they send it to me I am ask for change the address, they inform that it will change after I received a tracking number with wrong address—after I am contact that need to be resend they say that we need to wait until parcel will back to them .
✅After this they say parcel was missed after they say that they found it. And confirmed that they received from post. Attachment confirmation with communication with their manager.
✅ Fermopoint showed that the parcel was only booked for send it again also to old address,and not dispuch.
✅ After my many letters and their answer that they wait for information from currier they claimed the parcel was “received” — and send me face confirmation with number of parcel that not in system of currier.
✅ For my first parcel, I have official confirmation that it was returned to the seller on June 19th.
✅ I never received anything and never signed for anything.

📩 What did they do?

📎 Sent me a so-called “proof of delivery”, which does not show my name or signature — basically a fake document.
🧾 Then wrote back to say they refuse to refund, because the carrier denies responsibility.
🤡 And added that this aligns with their “company policy”.

🤨 Excuse me?

📌 You send a fake tracking number
📌 You promise re-shipment and never do it
📌 Then you say no one’s responsible
📌 And according to EU consumer law, the seller is responsible for the item until received by the buyer. Internal carrier issues do NOT cancel your legal obligations.

🧨 Here’s what I’m doing:
Initiating a chargeback through my bank
Filing a formal complaint via ECC-Net and the ODR platform
Making this post public to warn others
If this happened to you too — don’t stay silent.
You are not alone, and we are not easy to scam.

Vestiaire Collective — 2 months of ignoring and no refund for a lost order

In May, I placed an order for Golden Goose sneakers through Vestiaire Collective. The item was paid for, authenticated, shipped… and then lost.
The last known status was “Ready for pick-up” on May 12, but I never received the parcel.

Since then, I’ve sent dozens of messages to customer service. Every time, I’m told the same things:
“We’re investigating,” “Please wait,” “Your case is very important,” and “Thanks for your patience.”

👉 It’s been over 50 days. No package. No refund.
Today, they told me clearly:

“We need to wait for the result of the investigation before refunding you.”

But let’s be clear: According to EU consumer law, the seller is responsible for the order until it’s received by the buyer. Their internal issues with a carrier do not justify withholding a refund indefinitely.



🚨 So here’s what I’m doing:
1. Initiating a chargeback through my bank;
2. Filing a formal complaint via ECC-Net and the ODR platform;
3. Posting this publicly so that other customers are aware of how handles lost items and refunds.
