We build slowly. And with intention.
Every house begins with its place — its landscape, its light and its history.

Before we build, we take the time to understand what is already there: the old stone, the trees, the terraces, the natural character of the land.

From there, the house takes shape. Materials are chosen with care, spaces are considered around the way the light moves, and every detail is designed to feel connected to its surroundings.

We believe good architecture takes time.
Two homes a year. By design.
____

Construimos despacio.

The riurau - Marina Alta heritage.

Scattered throughout the landscape of the Marina Alta, riuraus are a distinctive part of the region’s rural architecture. Traditionally used to dry grapes, their open arches allowed the warm Mediterranean air to circulate while protecting the fruit.

Built around the climate, the landscape and everyday life, they remain a beautiful reminder of the traditions that have shaped this region.

Architecture with a story.
A landscape with memory.

It’s the details that give a home its character.

Limewashed walls.
Natural stone.
Reclaimed timber, restored for another lifetime.

Materials chosen for their honesty, shaped by skilled hands and made to become more beautiful with everyday living.

Because a Llauro home reveals itself slowly.
___

The beauty of the Marina Alta has never been accidental.

Its vineyards, dry stone walls and traditional fincas were shaped over generations, responding to the landscape rather than changing it.

That same philosophy inspires every Llauro home: creating spaces that feel connected to their surroundings, built to be lived in for years to come.
____

A place shaped by nature, where every season leaves its mark, and where the landscape becomes part of everyday life.
