I Feel GOOD smoothie 💃
Ingredients:
1 kiwi
3 leaves kale
1 banana
1 scoop
Whey isolated vanilla protein powder
3 tbsp greek yogurt
1/2 small avocado
Splash of soya milk to create right consistency ( i like mine like mouse so add very little liquid)
Blend all together until smooth creamy consistency . Serve when a. Little homemade granola on top
