PROJECT LA ZENIA | PART 2

Sometimes the biggest transformation comes from changing just one element.

The original wall made the staircase feel closed and heavy. Our vision was to create a lighter, more open space while still defining the different areas.

The result is a custom-made slatted partition that adds warmth, texture and character without blocking the natural light.

Every detail in this home has been carefully considered, and this is one of our favourites.

After completing the terrace, our client returned a few months later with a new wish: an outdoor kitchen that would make outdoor living even more enjoyable.

Starting with a conversation about how he wanted to use the space, we developed a custom design, selected materials and finishes, sourced all key elements, coordinated the construction process, and ensured everything was ready to use upon his return to Spain.

This apartment was to be photographed for rental purposes, and our assignment was to help the client create a more attractive and inviting overall impression.

In addition to styling, we reviewed the furnishings and recommended replacing some pieces to better highlight the apartment’s potential. We also assisted with purchasing new furniture and accessories that suited the apartment’s style and target audience.

With the right furniture, textiles, and thoughtful details, we created an environment that feels bright, welcoming, and ready for photography.
