Designed to support different modes of work, Helen HQ in the We Land office building offers a variety of spaces for focus, collaboration and exchange.

Workstations are complemented by meeting rooms of different scales — from informal settings to more structured environments — enabling both concentration and interaction throughout the day.

Carefully considered acoustics, materials and spatial zoning create a balanced working environment that supports both individual tasks and collective thinking.

Helen’s new headquarters in Ruoholahti, Helsinki, brings together people, work and energy under one roof. The interiors have been designed by JKMM Interiors in close collaboration with the users, while the We Land office building itself is also designed by JKMM.

Spanning approximately 6,500 m² across four floors within the BREEAM Outstanding-certified building, the workplace supports modern ways of working through flexible project areas, quiet retreat spaces, and, above all, spaces that encourage collaboration and innovation.

Natural materials, greenery and a timeless palette create a calm and cohesive atmosphere, while carefully articulated interiors give each floor its own identity.

At Oulu Central Library 'Saari', JKMM’s renovation restores the clarity of the original early-1980s architecture and interiors while upgrading the building for contemporary use.

By carefully repairing the original interiors – designed by Studio Nurmesniemi – and combining them with new elements, the project gives new life to an important piece of Finnish cultural heritage.
