Sunday reminder 🏵🫂
It’s been a week since my first post, and I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who shared their story, struggles, pain, and reality with me. I read your messages, and I truly felt them. So many of us are silently fighting battles that nobody can see.
Living with fibromyalgia is not just physical pain — it affects the mind, emotions, daily life, relationships, dreams, and even our identity. Some days we look “fine” on the outside while feeling completely broken inside. And unless someone lives in our body for even one day, they will never fully understand how exhausting this invisible illness can be.
For 8 years, I have searched for answers, support, and real help. Yet so often the only thing we hear is: “You just have to accept it, it’s fibromyalgia.” It honestly hurts to know that in such an advanced world, there is still no real treatment or understanding for so many people suffering every single day. Antidepressants and painkillers may numb things for a moment, but sometimes they also make us feel disconnected from ourselves — like we are simply existing instead of living.
But despite everything, I want you to know this: you are not alone. I see your strength. I see your courage. Even on the days when you feel weak, tired, defeated, or misunderstood — you are still fighting, and that matters.
Today, I’m sending a huge hug to everyone living with chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety, and invisible illnesses. I wish you a peaceful Sunday, gentle moments, comfort, understanding, and maybe even a little less pain today.
Be kind to yourself. Surviving this every day already makes you incredibly strong. 🤍

Sunday reminder 🌸
My illness takes my energy, my strength, breaks me down, and sometimes makes me feel like giving up. It changed my life, my daily routine, and even changed me as a person. I fight daily pain that sometimes drives me crazy.
People often say, “But you look beautiful. You dress nicely. You don’t look unwell.”
What many don’t see is that I get dressed, do my hair, and put on make-up while suffering. I fight very hard not to give up and to remain myself.
I have met many women who are also very sick, yet they still find the strength to remain women. Somehow society expects that if you feel bad or live with illness, you should somehow “look” broken too. But we still want to feel beautiful, feminine, and like ourselves — no matter how much pain we carry inside.
So today, I send love and understanding to everyone silently fighting battles nobody can see.
I hug you all and wish you a peaceful, beautiful Sunday. 🤍
