I have been having a little play with a slightly different take on my normal chocolate orange gnome covers ahead of the Christmas. I have a few different craft fairs/events booked in this year and starting to make up something different that might appeal.

What about a traffic cone for a hat?

Not only could these be used for chocolate oranges, but for bath bombs, hit chocolate bombs or even for cheese gifts

With 20 pre-loved and new stalls, there’ll be plenty to browse, bargains to find and brilliant local people and small businesses to support.

There’s lots for the kids too, including free arts and crafts, glitter tattoos, hair braiding and tombola — so bring the family along for a fun wee afternoon while you have a look around.

We’ll also be joined by Action in Mind, who’ll be sharing information about their Befriender Service.

TEAM COZY FROG ⚽️⚽️

The World Cup Final 🏆 is coming to an end with the Final being played tonight. Normal service will shortly be resumed with the new 25/27 football season just weeks away.

Preseason training is underway and here is my team sheet for Cozy Frog’s starting eleven- all based on Scottish clubs 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

SOMETHING FISHY 🐟🎣

I had been asked to make something “fishy” as a fun novelty leaving gift for a work colleague. I must admit I was a bit stubbed as some of the fish patterns I looked at where either too complex for my brain or just a fish, nothing nicely about them. So I decided to stick to a chocolate orange cover and adapt to a clown fish as they are bright and cheery and here is my attempt.

If I was to do another, I would try and incorporate the stripes into the main body.
