Sometimes in life we have conflict, differences in opinions and sometimes just full on rage! My relationship with paint during this piece was a constant conflict, disagreeing with eachother from the start. I almost gave up and started again, but after giving it some space, I returned with an open mind and new eyes.
I think there’s so many mixed opinions and a lot of closed mindedness towards abstract art. But there’s nothing easy about creating the images that only exist in your mind and not knowing how to make them become real and combining them with a medium you can’t always control.
