Quick projects are great, and it's a wonderful feeling to see results in just an hour or two. But it's the projects that have taken weeks or months that I feel the most proud of.

This is the Frosty Pines mosaic crochet blanket from . I wanted to try a new crochet technique and fell in love with mosaic crochet, which is actually quite simple but is such a lovely way to do colourwork. I started it last November and finished it at the weekend, so it's taken me a lot longer than I expected but I'm so proud of having completed it!

Subscriptions are now open for our October box, and we're going to be MARBLING LEATHER!

Marbling is so beautiful, and really fun to do. You'll be creating your own design in the inks, so have fun swishing and swirling until you get a design you love.

Then you'll be dipping a pre cut piece of leather in the design, and at the end you'll have your very own, unique mini leather purse! The leather is very thick and feels really premium so it'll be something you'll enjoy using for years, or it'll make a lovely gift.

This is one of our quicker crafts so if you like a quick win, this one is for you!
