A little more feel-good in the making 🎿🐎🏂

Three new characters, three different feelings, all part of The Feel Good Club.
Which one are you most excited to see finished?

GROOVY

She isn’t anyone in particular. She’s just that feeling of putting your favourite song on and dancing like nobody’s watching.

No plan. No choreography. No caring what you look like.

Just feeling free. 💃🏼

And that’s what I wanted this little collection to be about — those moments that make you smile, make you move and make you feel really bloody good.

Because I think art should do that too.

It should make you feel something.

Welcome to The Feel Good Club. ☀️

SUNSET DIPPIN’ 🌅

Again, she isn’t anyone in particular.

She’s just a feeling.

That feeling of being in the sea at the end of a long, hot day. Tanned skin, salty hair, the smell of sun lotion, and that warm evening air.

That moment when you look out and the sea just seems to go on forever.

Everything feels a little slower.

A little quieter.

And for a few minutes, there’s absolutely nowhere else you need to be.

That’s what I wanted to capture with this one.

And that’s really what The Feel Good Club is about.

Not necessarily the big, life-changing moments.

The little ones.

The feelings.
The memories.
The places that make you feel completely happy to be exactly where you are.

And honestly…

I can REALLY see this one on a T-shirt. 👀

What do you think?

Because I’m starting to think The Feel Good Club might be about a lot more than paintings… ☀️

BOOGIE
She isn’t anyone in particular. She’s just that feeling.

That little burst of energy you get when you put music on, forget everything else for a minute and have a proper boogie. 💃🏼

I do it with my boys every morning before school.

And actually, it’s something my mum did with me too.

I can look at this painting and see my mum dancing around the dining room to Chaka Khan and Wet Wet Wet.

Then I see me doing exactly the same thing with my boys - except our soundtrack is more likely to be Everybody by Backstreet Boys or Attention by Charlie Puth. 🫣😂

And that’s really where The Feel Good Club came from.

Those little moments.

The ones that don’t seem particularly important while they’re happening, but somehow become the moments you want to remember forever.

I wanted to make art that captures that feeling.

The things that make you smile.
The memories you want to hold onto.
The people you love.
The moments that make an ordinary day feel really bloody good.

So this is Boogie.

A little piece of happiness, painted down. ☀️

I think art should make you feel something.

It should remind you of something you love, make you smile, transport you somewhere, or simply make you happy every time you walk past it.

And ultimately, it should become part of your home - something you love living with.

That’s what The Feel Good Club is all about. ☀️
