A perfect spring time dish!
Here we have lamb loin, in house made lamb merguez sausage, served with yoghurt mash, courgettes and .food.diaries inspired ‘forager’s pesto’ made with locally foraged young nettles, ground elder and wild garlic.
It’s finished with a lamb jus, not pictured, oops!
