It was an absolute pleasure cooking for you both last night! I hope you enjoyed the dishes as much as I enjoyed preparing them. Here’s a quick recap of the menu:

Starter:
• Spiced kofta, chili white bean purée, lime yogurt, and handmade flatbread
• Beetroot focaccia, goat’s cheese, roasted figs, hot honey, and roasted hazelnuts

Main Courses:
• Five-spiced duck breast, braised duck croquette, pak choi, chili and damson ketchup, and a rich duck sauce
• Citrus-cured seabass, soy and ginger macerated clementine, sweetcorn and wasabi purée, wasabi kale crisp, and soy reduction

Dessert:
• Pear and honey tart with honey crémeux, poached pear and pear gel.
• Blackberry parfait with spiced apple and almond cake.

It was wonderful to provide a personalized service in your lovely home, leaving you to relax and enjoy the evening without any stress or mess.

I recently had the pleasure of cooking for a lovely family of four🫕

For their meal, we started with a warming carrot and coriander soup with curry oil and crispy onion bhaji.

The main course featured a five-spiced duck breast, paired with a braised duck croquette, pak choi, a vibrant chilli and damson ketchup, and a rich duck sauce.

To finish, dessert was an autumnal tiramisu, with blackberry liqueur-soaked sponge, glazed figs, and poached blackberries—a perfect way to celebrate the season.

Cooking for this family was such a joy😊
