Our latest scheme completed at Centre City, Birmingham.

We refurbished the former tenanted suite into serviced office space for the landlord.

Warm colour tones and organic curves contrast against the exposed structure of the 1970’s building.

Showcasing our recently completed CAT A+ scheme in Blackfriars, London. Within the building we retained a consistent design language between the floors but carried out subtle changes through different colours and accents. The colours were all inspired by local landmarks – Blackfriars Bridge, St Brides Church and The Blackfriars Pub.

Our latest scheme completed at Digbeth, Birmingham.
We were careful not to ‘over refurbish’ with the aim of retaining and complimenting the heritage features within the landmark buildings of The Custard Factory and Bond.
We created a number of new social workspaces within underutilised areas along with the refurbishment of 20 suites to CAT A+ standard.

We’re delighted to announce that our recent project at Arca, Birmingham has officially been certified with an Excellent rating, under the BREEAM Official refurbishment and fit out criteria. A huge effort from all involved!
