Chicken Tacos recipe by | Sizzlers by Zaib

Chicken tacos
Ingredients:-
-1/2 cup oil
-1 tbsp chopped garlic
-1/2 kg julienned chicken
-salt as per taste
-2 tsp coriander powder
-1 tsp cumin powder
-1 tsp garam masala powder
-1/2 tsp black pepper powder
-1/2 Tbsp red chili powder
-1 tsp crushed red chili
-1 tsp Oregano
-1 Tbsp white vinegar
-1/2 cup of julienned capsicum
-1/2 cup of julienned onion
-1 tbsp hot sauce
-2-3 tbsp ketchup
-1/2 cup of mayonnaise
-Tortilla bread
-cheddar & mozzarella cheese as required

Method:-

-Let’s start the recipe take a pan add oil and chopped garlic and sauté till it turns brown.
-Add julienned chicken Fry it well then add salt, coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,red chili powder,crushed red chili,Oregano and vinegar Mix it well and cook until water dries up
-When water dries up Add julienned capsicum ,julienned onion, hot sauce and ketchup cook it for 2-3 minutes Untill vegetable slightly Cook. Do not make the vegetables soggy .
-let it cool down a bit and then add mayonnaise and mix well
-Now we will take Tortilla bread and cut it into small tacos shape using cutter .when mixture cools down fill it in tacos sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over it
-Bake at 150 degree celsius for 15 minutes . Chicken Tacos are ready to serve.

Traditional Mutton Pulao by | Sizzlers by Zaib

Mutton pulao
Stock:-
Ingredients:-
-1 cup rice
-1/2 kg Mutton
-2 cups of water
-1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
-1 cinnamon
-3 cloves
-1 star anise
Method:-
-Let's start the recipe wash and soak rice Take Mutton then add boiling water in Mutton to remove extra blood add it to instant hot pot add water,ginger garlic paste,cinnamon, clove and star anise and cook for 40 minutes.

Rice making:-
-1/2 cup oil
-1 medium sized onion
-1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 2-3 cloves
-1 bay leaf
-1 cinnamon stick
-1/2 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 4-5 chopped green chillies
-1 medium tomato
-1 tbsp salt
-1/2 Tbsp Crushed red chili
-2 cups Of stock

Method:-

-Heat oil in a pan Add onion and slightly brown it now we will add cumin seeds,cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, ginger garlic paste & fry it.
-Add green chillies,tomato, salt and fry tomatoes. -Once tomatoes are fried Crushed red chili and fry for a while.
-Now add mutton and fry it now then add mutton stock according to rice measurement As we soaked 1 cup Rice so we add 2 cups Of stock.
-Once water boils add soaked rice and cook until water dries up Let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Mutton Pulao is ready to serve.

Restaurant style Kung Pao Chicken with garlic rice by | Sizzlers by Zaib

Ramzan Series | Recipe 14
*Chicken marination:-
-1/2 kg boneless chicken cubes
-1 teaspoon vinegar
-2 tablespoons soya sauce
-half egg
-half teaspoon salt Or to taste
-1/4 tsp white pepper powder
-1 to 2 pinch yellow food color
-1/2 cup cornflour
Method:-
-Add above all ingredients in a bowl mix well and let it marinate for 1-2 hours After 1 to 2 hours
take a pan add oil and deep fry marinated chicken.

*Sauce:-
-1/2 cup oil
-1/2 Tbsp chopped ginger
-half cup capsicum ( cubes )
-half cup of onion (cubes)
-1/4 cup soya sauce
-1 Tbsp chili sauce
-1/4 cup oyster sauce
-1 Tbsp sriracha sauce
-1/2 Tbsp black pepper powder
-1/4 teaspoon salt Or to taste
-1/2 Tbsp crushed red chili
-1/4 cup spring onion
-fried cashew nuts or peanuts
Method:-
-Heat oil in a pan add chopped ginger and fry it till it turns light brown .add capsicum,onion and mix it well .
-Now add soya sauce add fried chicken and mix well then add chili sauce ,oyster sauce,sriracha sauce,black pepper powder,salt,crushed red chili and cook until it thickens. Add spring onion and cashew nuts or peanuts .
-Ideally, this contains peanuts, but I have a peanut allergy, so that’s why I added cashews instead. sprinkle some sesame seeds, Kang Pao Chicken is ready.

*Garlic rice:-
-1/2 cup oil
-1-2 tbsp chopped garlic
-4 cups boiled rice
-1/2 Tbsp chicken powder add
-2 tbsp spring onion

Method:-
-Take a pan and add oil,chopped garlic and fry it till it turns light brown
-Add boiled rice, chicken powder ,spring onion &
mix well . dum for 5-10 minutes .
-Kang Pao Chicken with Garlic Rice is ready.

Fettuccine Alfredo pasta recipe by | Sizzlers by Zaib

*Chicken marination:-
-1/2 Tbsp black pepper powder
-1 tsp white pepper powder
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 Tbsp crushed red chili
-1/2 tsp paprika powder
-1 Tbsp soya sauce
-1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-1/2 kg boneless chicken
Method:-
-First we will marinate the chicken add black pepper powder ,white pepper powder ,salt, crushed red chili,paprika powder,soya sauce Worcestershire sauce mix well Add boneless chicken and marinate for 1-2 hours.
-Take a pan and grease it with oil And cook Merinated chicken.

*Pasta boil :-
-Take a sauce pan add water and boil pasta strips After boiling, strain it and apply oil so that it doesn't stick to each other.

*Sauce:-
Ingredients:-
-1/4 cup butter
-1/4 cup oil
-1 tbsp chopped garlic
-3 tbsp all purpose flour
-1 litre milk
-150 ml cream
-1 tbsp chicken powder
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp white pepper powder
-1/2 Tbsp black pepper powder
-1 tsp mixed herbs
-1/2 cup cheddar cheese
-Julienned half capsicum

Method:-
-Now we will prepare sauce take a pan and add
butter and oil Slightly Heat it. Then Add garlic and brown it add all purpose flour and fry it. -After frying add milk and mix well. We will speed up this process to prevent lumps. add cream and mix well.
-Now add chicken powder ,salt ,white pepper powder, black pepper powder and mix well.
-When the sauce thickens add mixed herbs add cheddar cheese mix it well.
-Thickness of sauce should be like in video.
-Add julienned half capsicum you can also add mushrooms and olives now add cooked chicken cubes mix well now add boiled pasta and mix well.
-Pasta is ready Garnish and serve.

Chicken Popcorns
Ingredients:-
-1/2 kg boneless chicken
-1 tsp salt
-2 tbsp vinegar
-1 tsp red chili powder
-half Tbsp chili sauce
-1 tsp chicken powder
-1/4 cup milk
-1 cup all purpose flour
-1/2 cup cornflour
-1/2 tsp crushed red chili
-1/2 tsp salt or To taste
-1/2 tsp chicken powder

Method:-
-Add boneless chicken In a bowl add salt,vinegar and leave it for half an hour so that salt gets
well absorbed.
-After half an hour add red chili powder,chili sauce,chicken powder,milk and mix well leave it to marinate for 1 hour.
-Meanwhile, we will prepare the coating Take all purpose flour ,cornflour ,crushed red chilli,salt,chicken powder in a bowl and Mix it well.
-Chicken is marinated now.
-Now coat the chicken with the coating batter Similarly prepare all chicken popcorns now add chilled water in remaining marination & add all chicken popcorns in chilled water again apply the coating And remember to apply the coating press it as I am doing now. when you will coat
it properly you will see crumbs on top of popcorns .Now we will prepare all our
popcorns Here, my popcorns are ready Now we will freeze them and store them in a plastic bag and you can store it for 1-2 months.

Aloo Samosa recipe by | sizzlers by Zaib

Aloo samosa
Ingredients:-
-1/3 cup oil
-one medium onion chopped
-6-7 chopped green chilies
-5 large boiled & mashed potatoes
-1/2 Tbsp dry coriander powder
-1/2 Tbsp crushed red chili
-1/2 tsp red chili powder
-1/4 tsp turmeric powder
-1 teaspoon salt Or to taste
-1 tsp chat masala (Tangy spices)
-1 tbsp lemon juice
-Fresh coriander leaves

Method:-
-Add oil in a pan then add chopped onion & saute it .
-Add green chilies mix well and fry then add potatoes mix it well and add spices.
-Add dry coriander powder,crushed red chili, red chili powder,turmeric powder ,salt ,chat masala (Tangy spices) ,lemon juice and mix well cook it for 2-3 minutes.
-Potato filling Is ready.
-Turn off flame add coriander leaves & mix well
-Now it’s time to make samosas ,So you have to follow my steps as it is. Close the samosa with egg at the end prepare all samosas in the same way
-Then we will freeze it and store it in a plastic bag You can store it for 3-4 weeks.

Mango Chutney
Ingredients:-
-250 g mango
-1 cup sugar
-1/2 tsp red chilli powder
-1/2 tsp salt or to taste
-Kalonji 1/2 tsp

Method:-
-Peel raw mangoes and cut into cubes add them in a pan along with water boil it and then add sugar, red chili powder, salt ,kalongi (Nigella Seeds) mix well and cook until water gets dry.
-Mango Chutney is ready.

Chilli cheese balls
Ingredients:-
-2 cup cheddar cheese
-1 cup mozzarella cheese
-2 Tbsp capsicum chopped
-5,6 green chillies choppes
-1 tsp mixed herbs
-1 cup all purpose flour
-1 cup breadcrumbs
-1 tsp salt
-One egg

Method:-
-Take a bowl add cheddar cheese ,mozzarella cheese, capsicum,green chillies ,mixed herbs into bowl & mix well mix well
-Prepare cheese balls.
-Now we will prepare its coating all purpose flour ,breadcrumbs ,salt and mix well
-Take One egg add salt Mix it well
-let's start the coating , dip cheese balls in all purpose flour ,after applying all the flour, we will add it to egg, after that we will put bread crumbs, and coat it well so that they don't
open while frying prepare all cheese balls in same way. our cheese balls are ready.
-Now freeze it & store it in a plastic bag .You can store it for one month.
