When needed some help sorting out their costume store, it was like the bat signal for me - one of my children has been a member here for years; I'm a costume designer who previously owned a costume hire company; and I'm a professional organiser...there was no way I could turn down this challenge!
This is a two part job, so the first thing was getting the space back - clearing the floor and worktops and putting everything in place so it's ready for part 2 - serious organisation!!

Too hot to tackle a big decluttering project?
Try one of these instead, they'll only take a few minutes and won't leave you breaking a sweat.

* Sort your paperwork. Sit in front of a fan with a cold drink and recycle old leaflets, file important documents, or shred anything you no longer need.
* Tidy your digital clutter. Delete unwanted photos, unsubscribe from emails you never read, or organise the notes on your phone.
* Blitz the laundry basket - this is the perfect time to get several loads washed and dried and smelling of fresh air!

Sometimes the smallest jobs make you feel the most productive, and the bigger stuff can wait till the days cool down!

Sound familiar? You have a spare room that you have such good intentions for, but it becomes a dumping ground for all the stuff you don't know what to do with. Then it becomes overwhelming so you shut the door and pretend it's not there...what a waste though! You don't have to tackle it alone, what feels impossible to you is only a few hours work for me, so take the pressure off yourself and book a session!
