โœจ Bathroom Renovation on a Reasonable Budget โœจ

A simple change can completely transform a space.
In this project, we replaced the old bathtub and refreshed the bathroom with carefully selected materials โ€” balancing cost, durability, and aesthetics.

๐Ÿ› Modern bathtub upgrade
๐Ÿชต Warm vertical timber feature wall for texture
๐Ÿชจ Light marble-effect wall finish for brightness
๐Ÿ”ต Deep navy vanity to add contrast and character
๐Ÿ’ก Clean lighting to enhance space and comfort

The key is not about spending more โ€” itโ€™s about choosing the right materials and proportions. With smart planning and thoughtful design, you can achieve a high-end look within a sensible budget.

Dream home is not about luxury.

Itโ€™s about creating a space you love to share.

I joined the BIPC Start-up Day 2025 at the British Library on Monday, and Iโ€™m so glad I did!

Listening to several inspiring start-up founders share their journeys was incredibly valuable.
One message that really stayed with me was:
โ€œDoing business is lonely โ€” weโ€™re always exploring our way forward.โ€
This truly touched me, because itโ€™s so real and so true for every entrepreneur.

Iโ€™m happy I joined this event and even more excited to discover the useful workshops, resources, and support that BIPC offers. These will definitely help me grow my business in the right direction.
Feeling motivated and grateful!

When it comes to decorating my own space, I always find myself drawn to abstract paintings โ€” especially in the living room and corridor. Thereโ€™s something magical about abstract art that other styles simply canโ€™t replace.

Unlike realistic paintings, abstract pieces donโ€™t โ€œtellโ€ you exactly what to see. Instead, they invite you to feel, imagine, and interpret in your own way.

โœจ Every person sees something different โ€” depending on their mood, memories, and imagination.

It also becomes an amazing conversation starter.

Whenever guests visit, they often pause, look at the artwork, and share what they think it represents. One painting can spark completely different stories, emotions, and perspectives. Suddenly, your wall becomes more than just decoration โ€” it becomes a connection.

Abstract art brings:
โœ”๏ธ Movement and energy
โœ”๏ธ A unique focal point
โœ”๏ธ A sense of modern expression
โœ”๏ธ Endless interpretation that never gets boring

Whether bold or calm, colourful or minimal, abstract art adds personality in such a subtle yet powerful way. Thatโ€™s why itโ€™s always my favourite choice for the spaces people walk through and gather in.

โœจ An inspiring and insightful afternoon of networking! โœจ
Last Thursday, I joined a physical sharing session co-hosted by iFast Bank and UHBA.
It was a great opportunity to connect with different business owners and gain valuable insights from iFastโ€™s talk on personal and business banking services. ๐Ÿ’ก
What I really appreciated was being able to communicate directly with the bank representatives in Cantonese โ€” super convenient and personal! ๐Ÿ‘
A special thanks to AI Gina from V8 Global for showing me how AI video creation can be so powerful and accessible. ๐ŸŽฅ
Iโ€™ll definitely try making a few clips myself before reaching out for more tips! ๐Ÿ˜„
If youโ€™re interested in learning more about entrepreneurship, business support, and AI applications,
donโ€™t miss our next UHBA in-person event next month โ€” more surprises and insights to come! ๐ŸŒŸ
๐Ÿ‘‰ Feel free to DM me if youโ€™d like to join us for a chat and connection. ๐Ÿ’ฌ

๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ—๏ธ Measure Twice, Build Once ๐Ÿ—๏ธ๐Ÿ“
Before any design or construction begins, accurate measuring is the most important step. A precise measured survey ensures:
โœ”๏ธ Correct dimensions for design & planning
โœ”๏ธ Reduce the chance of mistakes during construction
โœ”๏ธ Smooth coordination with contractors & suppliers
โœ”๏ธ Confidence that everything fits perfectly in the space
Skipping this step can lead to expensive errors and wasted time. With a professional measured building survey, you start your project on the right foundation โ€” saving money, time, and stress.
Whether itโ€™s a home renovation, commercial fit-out, or rental property upgrade, accurate measurements are key to success.
๐Ÿ“ฉ Contact us today to book your survey.
