PRODUCT SPOTLIGHT: BIO-SATIN RIBBONS 🎀

I know I bang on about the eco details, but even the ribbon matters!

We use bio-satin ribbons across our STEMS products and in ALL of our workshops. That lovely finishing touch has had just as much thought put into it as the stems themselves. 🤎

So, what makes them special?

🌱 They’re made from TENCEL™ lyocell, a plant-based fabric made from natural, renewable wood pulp.

♻️ The production process recovers materials so they can be used again, and the TENCEL™ fibres offer full traceability.

🌍 The TENCEL™ lyocell used is certified by TÜV Austria as biodegradable in soil, freshwater and marine conditions, and suitable for home and industrial composting.

And yes, you still get that beautiful satin finish!

For me, sustainable floristry means thinking beyond the stems. It’s the packaging, the mechanics and the little bow holding everything together.

Small details. Thoughtful choices. Very much STEMS. 🌿
