These 2 things are my saving grace at the moment!
On the best of days my feet cause me pain and discomfort but in the current heat it's amplified by 100!

They do this stupid hot and swelling thing where it feels like they are splitting open and burning numb... It's quite unpleasant!

What are your rescue item must haves for the heat, or chronic pain conditions?

Seriously, only travel if you have no choice!
And if you have no choice then make sure you take plenty of fluids with you! Those poor people stuck in traffic yesterday are point proven on that. You never know what's going to happen on your journey 🖤

I'm back in my wind tunnel today keeping cool whilst painting some grave stones!

Then we're off to yet another hospital appointment this afternoon! This one for moo and cardiology.

Ok..... So a completely different one this morning from my usual posts.
