I’ll be having a stand at Crafterama in Bolton on 28th June.

Come see me!

I’ll have a small range of furniture paints and craft supplies for sale.

I’ll mainly be showcasing IOD - Iron Orchid Designs products - mould, stamps and transfers. If you’ve not used transfers before then there will be an opportunity to try them out!

I’ll have a selection of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint and waxes for sale and a furniture painters starter bundle for those of you who haven’t painted before.

GILD metallics for those who like some bling and Guild Lane Jubilee paints which are perfect for furniture and smaller crafts.

I’d love to see you there!

I’m working on this lovely curved drinks cabinet this week. It’s been in my stash for longer than I can remember but I saw a similar piece on Pinterest and felt inspired.

So after a bit of mountain goating over several dressing tables I dragged it out and gathered my paint and brushes.

I’m really excited to share that I’ll be having a stand at this years CRAFTERAMA in Bolton ✨

I can’t take the whole shop and I’m really worried that I might not have a big enough stall now.

But…

I’ll mainly be showcasing Iron Orchid Designs moulds, stamps and transfers.

Also taking along a selection of Annie Sloan Chalk Paints and Guild Lane Jubilee and GILD.

And a variety of Pentart products, clays and resins etc.

Jen here!

Some of you have followed my journey for a long time and some of you may be newer here so I thought I’d share a little update.

It’s now been 9 years since I started Thirteen, and my business has grown and evolved so much along the way.

Over the last year or so, I’ve been focusing more on paint and upcycling supplies, which has meant less time for furniture, workshops and the shop itself.

At the beginning of this year, I took a step back to properly assess things and make a plan for the future. It’s all moving a little slower than I expected (mainly because I’ve been so busy!), but I’m continuing to tweak, grow and work on some really exciting ideas behind the scenes.

I’m slowly adding more craft supplies to both the shop and the website, and I’d love to know…

Paper crafts? An upcycling brand I don’t have? Something else?!

I’ve got some new products lined up, plus a few things already here that haven’t even seen the light of day yet!

IOD TRANSFERS

Never used them before? Here’s what you need to know!

The transfers come in a pad with several pages. You can cut out the different elements to create your own designs. Use them on furniture, home decor or other craft projects.

Applying them is easy.

🖤Choose your transfers and put them on your piece
🖤Once you are happy with their position remove the backing
🖤Use the plastic tool provided to rub the transfer on to the surface
🖤Seal with your fave top coat

That’s it! The easiest way to put a design on your furniture without hand painting.
