Baa Baa Bag Chic Paulene uses the medium of felt to create a range of items, each one is unique and unrepeatable. Everyone takes home a unique piece of work.

Welcome to my page, I am a keen textile artist who specialises in felt making to express my creativity. The act of making felt offers an infinite variety of possibilities, consequently each piece has its own distinctive characteristics formed as the fibres entwine, merging the colours. By combining silks and other natural fibres with the wool I can create a range of different textures and effects

making each item unique and unrepeatable. I also love to share my skills, I run regular workshops, each one teaches a different aspect of felting. A day well spent ✨

I headed to Wonderwool Wales in Builth Wells and, as expected… came home with an armful of the most gorgeous fibres 😍 The colours, textures, and inspiration everywhere were just incredible.

Couldn’t resist a little detour to the Elan Valley dams afterwards — the perfect way to slow things down and take it all in 🌿💧

Feeling very inspired (and slightly obsessed with this haul 😅)… can’t wait to start creating!
