Crostata Time! There’s something wonderfully nostalgic about a crostata — for me it’s one of those true Italian classics that feels like home. This week, as Thermomix® celebrates Italian Sweet Treats, I made a beautiful crostata filled with my own homemade marmellata.
You can personalise it with any jam you love — strawberry, apricot, peach, mixed berries… whatever makes you smile.
