PROJECT COMPLETION

We’re delighted to bring you some shots from our completed refurbishment of the 1st Floor Suite at Bull Wharf, Bristol. Over the past 6 weeks, our team has delivered a comprehensive CAT A+ refurbishment that has completely revitalised this prominent workspace adjacent to the building’s main reception area. The original suite was dated, tired and looked out of place with the more recently refurbished units within the building. Key features of the transformation:
• Custom glazed meeting room with enhanced acoustic insulation
• Exposed soffit with integrated black linear lighting on PIR sensors
• New Daikin HVAC system with fresh air provision
• Contemporary kitchen facilities with integrated appliances
• Mixed flooring throughout – herringbone LVT and carpet tiles
• Fire-rated entrance glazing with black aluminium framework
• Acoustic panelling and manifestations for privacy
• New loose furniture that can be easily repositioned for different tenant requirements
The project brief centred on creating a flexible workspace for end users, creating a better arrival experience to the building whilst improving acoustics and privacy for the tenant. From solid partitions extending to the concrete soffits to acoustic glass systems, every detail was considered.

We are delighted to bring you a short video of our completed project for Wards Solicitors.

When Wards Solicitors approached us, they were preparing to bring two offices together under one roof. This gave them the ideal opportunity to reimagine how their team and clients experience the workplace.

Their new Wine Street unit at the Prudential Buildings gave us the architectural charm… and a completely empty shell. Our job?

Turn it into a modern, private, acoustically controlled workspace fit for a fast-moving legal practice.

Here’s what we delivered 👇

- A structurally supported suite of adaptable meeting rooms
- 48 dB-rated glazed partitions + soundbloc walls
- New AC, LED lighting and electrical systems
- Charcoal & quartz-effect kitchenette
- Woodgrain LVT and Interface carpet tiles
- Fully updated access control and fire alarms
- Complete furniture installation
- Office relocation package

This project was completed over 12 weeks, and our client is now moved in and all operational.

And yes, as you can see, it features a lot of glass.

➕ 480 linear metres of aluminium crittall bars

The result? A sleek, modern interior packed with natural light, clean lines, and premium acoustic performance.

Huge credit to the team for delivering this precision installation across 120+ metres of partitioning.

A throwback to a 3 phase project we completed for a client in the technology sector in Stoke Gifford, Bristol.

The project involved the full strip out and refurbishment of a two floor office building whilst our client was in occupation. Spanning over 1,100m2 the new design will cater for over 100 staff.

Having a lifecycle of over 12 months, we took this project from initial concept and budgetary discussions, progressing to space/workflow planning and then providing a detailed design pack ahead of project commencement.

Project Outcomes:

- Night and day comparison from existing fit out (which was over 20 years old).
- Design which compliments our clients modern workflow.
- Over 100 height adjustable desks and operator chairs.
- Tailored storage solutions.
- Breakout and soft seating areas.
- Introduction of zoom pods to reduce open office disruption.
- Meeting spaces reworked to suit modern day working.
- Conference suite for international meetings.
- Private management offices.
- Updates breakout facilities to cater for new headcount.
- Upgraded lighting and HVAC system throughout.
- Refreshed reception area.

Toward the end of 2024, we delivered a full lab fit out for a leading dental group expanding across the South West. After giving the client time to install all the machinery, we’ve recently put together a video walkthrough of the finished space.

This project was all about precision and finishes. From layout to lab-ready spec, everything was designed to work with the clients machines and promote an optimised workflow.

Throwback to our project for Hayes Parsons Insurance Brokers in Bristol.

Hayes Parsons came to us with the vision of creating a vibrant environment, full of their corporate personality and the result didn’t disappoint.

Our team provided a full turn-key solution to Hayes which has seen this space go from Cat A to a fully operational Cat B office which includes some great agile working furniture additions.

When QS consultancy Rohan Short invited us to deliver the fit out of their new Bristol HQ, we were over the moon to be working with a rapidly expanding local business!

After outgrowing their office space on Berkeley Square, Rohan Short signed the lease on a new office at Pembroke House in Clifton.
