HAPPY NEW YEAR!

It is COLD in the shed, so keeping wrapped up while making lots of pots for in a month’s time. Restocking shelves and making a few new bits and pieces. It’s always a great event with such an extraordinary variety of ceramics, well worth a visit and one I love taking part in.

What an absolutely brilliant day Saturday was. Thank you so much for putting on such a busy and fun event. It was so lovely to be so local to home, meet lots of great people and see lots of familiar faces too. It was the most I’ve ever sold at a market, so a really amazing way to finish the festive selling season.

All remaining stock is now online, if you’re hoping for anything in time for Christmas, please order today or tomorrow. Unless you can collect, collection orders in by Friday please.

It’s a new old glaze here. Thrilled this one has a tiny crack so it’s been allowed into my kitchen and I’m loving using it. Lots more like this going into the kiln this week and coming with me to this Saturday. Some of them may even make it to the online shop if time permits!

And thank you to the fabulous organisers of last weekend, I had a totally brilliant day and meet so many lovely people. Thank you to everyone who stopped by my stall and chatted / shopped / followed along on here.

I’m still buzzing from the BRILLIANT yesterday. An enormous THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by my stall and chatted. It was so lovely to see lots of familiar faces and meet so many great people. I had a wander round the space before it opened and I was dumbstruck by the range and quality of the work, it means so much that so many of you chose my pots in amongst such great company. It was one of my best days ever for sales and the continued support is an absolutely incredible feeling, thank you ☺️ ###

MINE. Fresh out the kiln and it’s going to be very hard to let go of this one. He’s very tactile. Unglazed on the outside so you can see the natural beauty of the material. Three little inlaid stripes using a darker clay. I’ll have to make some more. I’m really pleased as it’s the first time I’ve tried to inlay and my first successful attempt at a seamless pot made in two pieces. Coming with me on Sunday to

It’s been a fun old holiday which ended with a bang at which is our favourite way to round off the summer. Even if it is very soggy.

I’ve been back in the shed this week with a long list of things to make. Hoping to update stock on the website early next week. I think I’ve replied to all emails / messages, but please shout if I’ve missed you out. The kiln is already on and I’m really excited to get my hands stuck into some clay.
