Planning a commercial fit-out before year end?

Flooring is often one of the last things decided and one of the first things noticed. Getting it right affects safety, durability, and how a space feels to staff and customers alike.

We work with businesses across Bromley on everything from initial consultation and in-situ sampling through to installation, often scheduled out-of-hours to avoid disrupting trade.

If flooring is on your project list for the coming months, we'd welcome the conversation.

Myth: all laminate flooring is waterproof.

Truth: it depends on the range. Standard laminate can be damaged by standing water, while water resistant ranges like Quick-Step Impressive are designed to cope with everyday spills and splashes.

Knowing the difference matters, especially in kitchens, hallways, and bathrooms.

If you're not sure which laminate suits your space, our team can talk you through the options.

Getting your home ready before the fitters arrive can make the whole process much smoother.

A few simple things help on the day:
• Clear the room of furniture and breakables where possible
• Make sure pets are kept somewhere safe
• Let us know about any access issues in advance
• Have a clear route in and out of the property

A little preparation goes a long way towards a quick, hassle-free installation.

Parquet flooring never really goes out of style.✨

Its interlocking wood pieces create a timeless, heritage look that suits traditional and contemporary homes alike.

What makes it special:

• A pattern and border to suit your space

• Natural variation in grain and texture, no two floors are identical
• An instant lift for hallways and living spaces

If you love the character parquet brings to a room, we're happy to talk through the options.

Open-plan living spaces need carpet that works just as hard as the room does.

Between everyday footfall, furniture, and multiple uses in one space, it's worth choosing a carpet built for the long run, without losing comfort along the way.

Come and see the options in our showroom.

Wondering what a commercial flooring project actually involves?

From start to finish, it typically includes:
• An initial consultation and in-situ sampling
• Agreeing a plan that works around your business
• Removal and disposal of the old flooring
• Professional installation, finished to safety standards

Every project is different, but the process is designed to keep disruption to a minimum.
