I’m delighted to announce that my art is included in the forthcoming Mental Wealth Festival exhibition Tell Me More, at City Lit Gallery from 03/10/26-11/10/26.
Tell Me More celebrates the power of art and creativity to express what words alone cannot. Bringing together works that explore mental and emotional health, identity and the human experience, the exhibition highlights how visual and material forms can communicate feeling, tell stories, make meaning and foster connection. Through painting, sculpture, print, textiles, photography, video, sound and other creative practices, Tell Me More invites us to look more closely, listen more deeply, and discover new ways of understanding ourselves and one another.

The Hawksbill turtle now critically endangered they are from a group of turtles that have existed for over 100 million years and we have hunted them for “tortoiseshell” an illegal trade, they are bycatch victims of our fishing industry the are taking action, but any creature I paint you can find a fund you can donate to that will help raise numbers with breeding programs , give wages to game wardens, research , diplomatic agencies that work with countries who need to farm to survive and feed there families, non of this is as simple as breeding it’s a long job to work with people and help them coexist and obviously outside agencies who can talk to world governments, environmental specialists, please there is no easy salutation to stopping trillionaires but there are people doing there best for these creatures and us.

“Photobomb”
Oil on 60x90 cm canvas
a good memory from my childhood the cheeky in front of the cottages at of Ravens are intelligent and playful birds with long memories and can live over 30 years but when you friend one you have a friend for its life. The reason I love these birds is they love and see good people and tend to migrate towards them . I had the privilege of meeting the raven master of the time as a child ,and I have loved the corvid family of birds ever since these and birds of prey are my favourite birds.
