It’s been a busy weekend creating canapés and cheeseburgers! Some photos of a couple of the canapés that included:
-fresh lobster, lobster bisque 🦞
-smoked salmon and caviar blinis
-chicken satay skewers
-truffled quail egg and smoked ham
-steak with black garlic jus
-smoked mackerel mousse
-vegetable sushi
-Black Forest cake with kirsch
-cheese biscuits and homemade chutney
