The reason behind the change of name. It’s been a long time coming and I truly feel like this was the name it’s meant to be.

Family at heart

Monochrome is back right? What would you?………If you could choose your job for the rest of your life what would you choose? Mine would be interior design.

Creating spaces even though it’s just for friends gives me so much joy. Absolutely love it, I can get easily lost for hours being head deep in moodboards. I still have about 3 rooms to finish for our self build.

Reminder to self…things take time.

30,000 🤯……Are you the same? My brain literally never switches off. Always thinking of moodboards, diy projects and my next furniture flips.

£11.99 window seat transformation.

We are currently renting this house whilst we build, so I didn’t want to spend a great deal and I have seen this fabric used loads recently so was keen to try it out.

What do you think?

First flip of the year. I’m so happy to be back doing furniture again. With all the cold weather I’ve not been able to do anything, so the warmth and dry is my friend let’s hope the weather continues.

More flips and diy to come

Another wall panelling job done. I created picture frame panelling in the living room with a smaller box and bigger box, I also added a dado rail.

In the 2 bathrooms I adds shiplap, which I used 125mm wide tongue and grove boards.

Its just some much softness to a space. What do we think?

This is how a design project begins

Not with furniture… not with layouts…
But with a feeling.

Sometimes it’s an image, a colour, or a pattern that sparks the direction. From there, the design slowly evolves — layering tones, textures, and furnishings that work together to support how you and your family actually live day to day.

This mood board is the foundation.
The design idea that follows is how that initial inspiration starts to take shape — turning concepts into considered, practical spaces that feel cohesive and timeless.

Design Talk Tuesday
Do you have a design dilemma you’re stuck on?
Whether it’s colour choices, layout decisions, or making your home work better for family life — drop your question below and I’ll shed some light in an upcoming Design Talk Tuesday.

Design should feel intentional, not overwhelming 🤍

Behind every finished home is hours of thoughtful decision-making.

This is where it starts — assembling sample boards that consider how you live day to day. From durability and comfort to tone, texture, and flow, every choice is made to support you and your family long after the project is finished.

Good design isn’t just about how a space looks.
It’s about how it feels to live in it.

If you’re looking for a designer who takes care of every detail — so you don’t have to — I’d love to help you create a home that truly works for your family

DM me to chat about your project.

Design Tea Talks Tuesday ☕️ | Episode 1

This week’s design question:
What colours work best for kitchen walls and cabinets in a double-aspect east and west facing space?

With light coming from both directions, colours shift throughout the day — cooler in the morning, warmer in the evening.
That’s why balance is key.

Soft warm whites help keep walls feeling calm and consistent,
while earthy cabinet tones like muted greens, warm greige, or natural wood finishes hold their depth beautifully in changing light.

This is exactly the kind of question we’ll be talking through each Tuesday — real design dilemmas, broken down simply.
